ABC TRANSPORT PARTICIPATES IN THE ENUGU INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR

ABC Transport, the foremost transport Company in Nigeria, attended the 18th Enugu Int’l Trade Fair. The Company showcased its portfolio of brands/services such as the Petty Cash, Eastern Shuttle Services, Coach West Africa, Consolidated Cargo Express, etc. The Enugu Int’l Trade Fair was held in March 2007 and was pack-full of companies and various business ventures. Mr. Uwem Udofia of Corporate Services & Marketing led the contingent of staff that took part in the Trade Fair.

 

ABC TRANSPORT APPOINTS WORKSHOP MANAGER

Mr. Akuma Onwuka Oti has been appointed Workshop Manager. He is from Abia State. He holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nsukka. Mr. Akuma is a full Graduate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). He has gone through several training and seminars. His work experiences spans over five years. He has occupied positions as Manager, Field Services, Manager, Service Training, Manager, Service Promotion and Manager, Workshop all in the Anambra Motor Manufacturing Company Limited (Mercedes-Benz Anammco). He is currently the senior Manager (SM), Workshop, ABC Transport.

 

FRONTLINE STAFF UNDERGO IN TRAINING

Customer-facing staff of Operations, Customer Service and Cargo took part in a workshop tagged “Customer Relations Enhancement Workshop”. The workshop, which was held in the Eastern, Northern and Western Zones, featured lectures and discussions on the modern trends in customer service, relationship marketing, business contract, time management, and effective communication, etc. Over 50 staff benefited from this workshop, which held on April 24-27, 2007.
