POSITION: SENIOR MANAGER (FINANCIAL SERVICES)

LOCATION: OWERRI

REPORTING LINE: GROUP HEAD, FINANCIAL SERVICES
ABC Transport Plc is a leading, integrated transport and logistics company in Nigeria and West Africa. We require the services of a Senior Manager (Financial Services).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
. BSC/HND in Accounting from a reputable institution plus ACA
. Minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience of which at least 7 years must be post ACA
. Must be very conversant with IFRS reporting
. Demonstrate a good understanding of financial reporting under group settings
. Knowledgeable in Taxation and Treasury Management
. Good understanding of ERP systems
. Ability to work under pressure and lead a large team
. Between the ages of 35 and 45 years

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
. Coordination of the financial reporting system to produce IFRS compliant group financial statements on timely basis.
. Managing the financial control system, cost and management accounting and taxation
. Deputizing for the Chief Financial Officer as may be required from time to time
