ABC TRANSPORT REWARDS LOYAL CUSTOMERS
– ROLLS OUT GIFTS SPLASH
ABC Transport has continued to devise customer-friendly means of improving its standards, delivery of service, and satisfying its customers' multiple expectations of comfort, luxury and safety, besides others. Towards the end of 2005, the Company boosted its cargo fleet by procuring additional trucks, with substantial handling facilities, with a view to ensuring smooth carriage of goods, notably waybills and bulk items.
As the year 2006 began, ABC Transport initiated its first programme of re-fleeting, especially to meet the heightened and ever-increasing demands of its esteemed customers, particularly those frequenting the West African route. New buses, fully air-conditioned, equipped with the characteristic, unmatched features that guarantee luxury on the road, were recently deployed to service this area and the Owerri/Aba-Abuja routes.
Adjudged as the foremost customer-friendly road transport Company in West Africa , with an excellent track record of customer relations and humane approach to managing varied customers, ABC Transport has always been known to reward all its loyal customers. Of course, there is no way the Management can show its appreciation to its customers for riding with them through the thick and thin, but to thank them in its own modest, heartfelt way.
So every year, the Company sets aside a certain period to express its gratitude to customers who have shown unflinching fidelity, and who have sustained the growth of the Company, by patronizing its services. In more lucid words, ABC Transport thanks such customers by organizing a gift splash , which offers them the rare chance of carting great prizes home. According to the Managing Director of ABC Transport, Mr. Frank Nneji, “ There are lots of delightful prizes to be carted home by our dear customers, whose loyalty has never been in doubt, in this year's Travel and Win promotion. ”
The prizes to be won range from a 4KVA power generating set, a medium sized refrigerator, television sets and instant thank-you gifts. This tradition of rewarding loyal customers started in 2000 and the 2006 edition is the sixth in the history of the promotion. To participate in the promotion, what a customer needs to do is simply present a va lid Gold or Diamond card, or five (5) travel tickets from February 1, 2006 to April 30, 2006, or three (3) travel tickets used on the Coach West Africa service, or receipts for three (3) nights at the City Transit Inn, Abuja, or receipts for cargo transactions up to N50, 000, or receipts for Petty Cash service up to N100, 000. Then this customer will be issued with a raffle ticket, which easily qualifies for the grand finale. However, the Gold Customer or Diamond customer who makes up to the required five trips automatically gets two (2) raffle tickets. Every Gold or Diamond Customer qualifies automatically by virtue of being one.
Importantly, every participant of the Travel and Win Promotion is a winner because he or she gets to win an instant prize. The draw will hold on the 11 th of May 2006 in Port Harcourt , where the lucky winners will be picked publicly through a raffle draw to be held at the ABC Transport Customers' Forum in Port Harcourt on Thursday May 11, 2006 .
