OPERATIONS COMMENCE ON PORT HARCOURT – IBADAN ROUTE
Operations have commenced along the Port Harcourt-Ibadan routes. This came in the wake of the expansion plan of the organisation to extend its services to other areas, with a view to making ABC Transport accessible to prospective customers. Prior to the full commencement, a two-day rally/leg walk was carried out at both axes of the operational routes, in Ibadan and Port Harcourt respectively. However, this new frequency is yet to be a daily service.

TRAINING FOR FRONTLINE STAFF
The Northern Zone of the Customer Relations Enhancement Workshop took place in Abuja on May 21-24, 2007 drawing participants from Abuja, Lokoja, Okene, Akwanga, and Jos. Topics discussed ranged from customer service, company policy, business contract, relationship marketing, time management and effective communication. The participants comprised staff from the Ticketing Units, Customer Service Departments, and some Operations staff.
